Detroit/Motor City Camp

Camp Overview

The Omaha Lancers, proud member of the United States Hockey League (USHL), invite you to our 2017 Motor City Prospects Camp.  The camp is “invitation only” for players in both the 2002 & 2003 birth years. Players will practice and compete within their own birth year in a concentrated 40 man camp (two teams in each age group) to be held at the Arctic Edge Ice Arena in Canton, MI from Friday, May 12th to Sunday, May 14th.

The purpose of this camp:

  • For our staff to both evaluate and monitor your development closely over the course of the 2017/18 season, in anticipation of future opportunities with our organization. (Upcoming USHL drafts 2018 & 2019)
  • For the player to become personally acquainted with our staff and our program. During this camp, we hope to share with you why we believe The Omaha Lancers offer an unparalleled path for both hockey development and personal growth as the premier franchise in the USHL.

Please report to the Arctic Edge Ice Arena in Canton on Friday, May 12th at 3:00pm. A full camp itinerary will be provided upon registration. Each player will compete in (3) games & (1) team practice. There will be an informational meeting on Saturday for all players and parents.

We are coming to Detroit to evaluate some of the area’s top players. Please be advised that we intend to close the online registration once both teams at each level are filled with completed registrations. We encourage you to register promptly.
