RALSTON, NE – The Omaha Lancers, in conjunction with the United States Hockey League, have released their full schedule for its 31st season which begins Friday, September 23 at home against the Fargo Force.
Omaha will face USHL Western Conference rival Des Moines Buccaneers nine times throughout the season and battle the Tri-City Storm and Lincoln Stars eight times, respectively. Rounding out the Western Conference Lancers are set to face the Fargo Force and Sioux Falls Stampede five times on the season, Sioux Falls Stampede four times, and will take to the ice three against the Waterloo Black Hawks.
For the USHL Eastern Conference, the Muskegon Lumberjacks and Youngstown Phantoms will each make appearances at Ralston Arena, along with the Madison Capitols and Chicago Steel. The Lancers will visit the Bloomington Thunder in October and the Green Bay Gamblers in late March.
All games at Ralston Arena will start at 7:05 p.m. with Sunday contests set for 5:05 p.m. Doors for all contests set to open one hour prior to the scheduled puck drop.
Tickets for regular season home games will go on sale September 1 at the Ralston Arena Box Office and www.homepridetix.com.
In addition to the regular season, the Omaha Lancers will host the 2017 USHL Fall Classic September 8-11, featuring USHL Western Conference teams and EC Red Bull Salzburg of Austria. Following Fall Classic the Lancers will host the Lincoln Stars in a home exhibition game on September 16 at 7:05 p.m. on the main rink. Lancers season ticket packages will include a Fall Classic Pass for all games played at Ralston Arena over the course of the weekend and a ticket to the home exhibition game versus Lincoln. Tickets prices for the general public will be released at a later date.
