Kearney, NE -- The Omaha Lancers traveled to Kearney Friday night to face the Tri-City Storm for the fourth time this season. The Lancers were on a four-game win streak heading into Friday night's matchup against the Storm. The Storm also sat atop of the Western Conference in the first place and first place in the USHL with 30 points. Between the two, Tri-City has won two of the three previous matchups coming into Friday nights game.

The third-period action continued when Mick Kohler found the puck in traffic near the crease to put it past Filip Larsson. That goal was Kohler's’ 5th goal of the season. The intensity of the tied game continued late into the period until Cam Reagan blasted the puck top shelf from the point past Larsson’s shoulder with 2:02 left in the game. Then with twenty-two seconds left to go, Ethan Price got his 6th goal on the season putting the puck into an empty Tri-City net.
