Lancers Make Multiple Trades

Lancers add defenseman, Jackson Decker

RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers have made moves to their roster on Saturday morning. 

The Lancers have traded defenseman Peter Tabor to the Madison Capitols. In exchange for Tabor, the Lancers received a 2019 7th round Phase II draft pick. Tabor was picked up during the offseason from the Waterloo Black Hawks and played in three preseason games with the Lancers. 

The Lancers made another deal with the Dubuque Fighting Saints gaining defenseman Jackson Decker for a 2019 5th round Phase II draft pick. Decker, an Algonquin, IL native spent the last two seasons with the Coulee Region Chill (NAHL). The 5’11” defenseman spent time with the Omaha AAA and Chicago Mission Clubs. 

The Lancers have also released Garrett Clegg. 

The Lancers return to the ice on Saturday, September 22 vs the Lincoln Stars at the Ice Box. Puck drop is at 7:05 pm and can be seen and heard on HockeyTV.
