Ralston, NE - The Omaha Lancers announced Friday morning that they have reclaimed Forward Aleksi Peltonen (1998) from the Corpus Christi Icerays.
In the deal, the Lancers have sent forward Nikita Krivokrasov (2000) to the Icerays. Krivokrasov played in 10 games and recorded 1 goal.
Peltonen will be returning for the second time after playing 18 games with the Icerays. In those 18 games, the Helsinki, Finland native totaled 10 points (2-8-10). Peltonen split last season playing in 27 games with the Icerays and 20 games with the Lancers. Peltonen was drafted in the eighth round of the 2016 USHL Entry Draft #120 overall by the Lancers. Aleski is committed to play college hockey at the University of Wisconsin with his twin brother and ex-Lancer, Jesper.
