RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers (6-11-0-2) will hit the ice on Friday, November 30th at the Ice Box to face the Lincoln Stars.
Friday will be the third meeting at the Ice Box this season between Omaha and Lincoln. The Lancers are 2-0 against the Stars, beating their bitter rivals twice in overtime; October 5th, 6-5 OT and November 2nd, 5-4 OT.
The Stars come into Friday nights showdown with a 5-10-3-1 record and sit one spot behind the Lancers (7th) in the USHL Western Conference. The Star are 2-5-2-1 in their past ten games, and are on a 0-4-1-0 steak. Both teams are tied in points with 14. Friday night’s game will decide who will hold the 7th place spot. The Lancers will come to the final game of November with a 3-6-1 record throughout the month. The Lancers look to bounce back after a road loss in Tri City and home loss against Fargo this past weekend.
